Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days for Growth, Groom Products. up to 20 days for Trim Products
Shipment Cost: Free on All Orders
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 20 business days on all products
Shipment Cost: 15$ on Most Countries. Free on Orders Above 50$
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Any order over 1 pound may go USPS Retail Ground or USPS Regional Priority or USPS Priority Mail depending on which is the most cost effective for your service area.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Gruff Beard ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS First Class and Priority Mail depending on order weight.
We can ship international however the charges by weight may be quite high even for small products.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship internationally however the price may vary. Refer to our dropdown list in the shopping cart for available countries, however, be advised again that the rates will be expensive more than $12 for a single bar of soap for example.
Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, Gruff Beard will refund the amount paid for your most recent purchase. Refund requests must be made directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests must be made within thirty (10) days of the date of delivery by Gruff Beard. In response to your refund request, Gruff Beard will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling costs and fees related to the original purchase, which are nonrefundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gruff Beard does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. Gruff Beard shall in its sole discretion provide a refund for a request that is received by Gruff Beard more than thirty (30) days after the date of original delivery. Gruff Beard also does not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. If Products are damaged as a result of shipping complications or you believe there was a mistake in fulfillment. Please contact us at email@example.com immediately and we will work to resolve the issue. In the case of damage, please provide pictures if possible for our records.
OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
Products that have been substantially used;
Products and packaging that have been broken or damaged through misuse;
Large-scale, excessive returns as determined by Gruff Beard, at its sole discretion;
Demos, sales aids, and Representative Net Offers cannot be returned, unless defective. All sales are considered final.
